內窺鏡發展國內現狀
The current situation of endoscopic development in China
內窺鏡的發展歷經 200 多年,按照臨床需求及成像原理分類,內窺鏡經歷了 硬管式內窺鏡、半可屈式內窺鏡、纖維內窺鏡和電子內窺鏡四個階段,從硬式形 態走向軟硬兼備,從物理纖維傳像進化電子內鏡時代,成為內鏡醫師“手”和 “眼”的延伸,并隨著微創術式的不斷更新以及臨床需求的提升不斷推陳出新。

According to clinical needs and imaging principles, endoscopes have gone through four stages: rigid tube endoscopes, semi flexible endoscopes, fiber endoscopes, and electronic endoscopes. They have evolved from a rigid form to a combination of soft and hard, from physical fiber imaging to the era of electronic endoscopes, becoming an extension of the "hands" and "eyes" of endoscopists. With the continuous updating of minimally invasive surgical methods and the increasing clinical demand, they are constantly innovating.
內窺鏡行業上游是零部件廠商,提供生產內窺鏡所需的設備和材料等,如圖像傳感器、光學鏡頭、光源照明、機械裝置等。內窺鏡產品技術含量較高,上游設備供應商的技術水平革新,有助于推動內窺鏡產品質量提升和創新研發。內窺鏡行業中游是內窺鏡研發和生產企業,目前國內內窺鏡市場由外資主導,但國產持續發展,市場份額逐漸提升。中游企業生產出來的醫用內窺鏡產品,可通過直接銷售、代理銷售、電子商務等渠道進行銷售,產業鏈下游主要為終端醫療機構。

目前國內的內窺鏡廠商的主要銷售模式是:分銷代理為主,直銷為輔。國外內窺鏡發展比較成熟,以奧林巴斯為例,其商業模式主要是 聯合行業協會,將技術制定成行業標準,形成產業聯盟;

The development of endoscopes abroad is relatively mature. 1、豐富產品組合,由產品生產上升到醫院內鏡中心整體規劃;
1. Enriching product portfolio, upgrading from product production to overall planning of hospital endoscopy centers;
2、不設海外生產基地,核心產品本國生產,建立海外獨立銷售機制,培養分銷渠道和;

3、以成本優勢阻擊模仿者,低端產品擴大市場產能。
