故障現象:鏡子導光性能差,圖像偏暗(光源和光束確認正常)
Fault phenomenon: poor light guide performance of the mirror, dark image (light source and beam confirm normal)
檢測結果:鏡子導光束接頭受污發黃;
Test results: the connector of the guide beam of the mirror is stained and yellow;
預防措施:清洗保養時,導光接頭處需拆卸清洗干凈,光源亮度應調整在適合位置,亮度不易過大,導致光纖受熱發黃損壞;
Preventive measures: during cleaning and maintenance, the light guide joint shall be disassembled and cleaned, and the brightness of the light source shall be adjusted to a suitable position. The brightness is not easy to be too large, resulting in yellow damage of the optical fiber due to heating;

故障現象:鏡體彎曲變形,沒有圖像;
Fault phenomenon: the mirror body is bent and deformed without image;
檢測結果:大力彎折或空中跌落所致;
Test results: bending or falling in the air;
預防措施:手術中調整視野角度時需保護好鏡子本身,鏡子與鏡鞘連接是必須對準位置并卡鎖固定,不宜用力過猛轉動鏡子;清洗或手術時應正確握持鏡子,以免掉落危險;
Precautionary measures: during the operation, the mirror itself should be protected when adjusting the field of vision. The connection between the mirror and the lens sheath must be aligned and locked. It is not suitable to turn the mirror too hard. If you clean or operate, you should hold the mirror correctly so as not to fall into danger.

故障現象:鏡子前端物鏡受損或密封性破壞,成像模糊;

檢測結果:被電刀、射頻、動力等輔助設備打傷;
Test results: injured by electric knife, radio frequency, power and other auxiliary treatment equipment;
預防措施:使用輔助設備時,要保證在視野內操作;
