2、照明光斑在正常工作距離處，在被測端放置一張白板，用浸透射光或內窺鏡自帶光源照明，從目鏡或監視器中用肉眼進行觀察照明光斑應充滿視場，無明顯的亮暗區域。

3、視場光欄方向標記(適用于纖維內窺鏡)在正常工作距離處，在被測端放置一張白板，用浸透射光或內窺鏡自帶光源照明，從目鏡看去，視場光欄箭頭指示方向標記的方向應在上方。

Field light bar direction mark (applicable to fiber endoscope) at the normal working distance, place a white board at the tested end and illuminate it with saturated light or the endoscope's own light source. When viewed from the eyepiece, the direction indicated by the arrow on the field light bar shall be above.

4、脫膠或霉斑在正常工作距離處，在被測端放置一張白板，用浸透射光或內窺鏡自帶光源照明，從目鏡或監視器中用肉眼進行觀察，不應有明顯的脫膠或霉斑現象。
